Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Returnable within 14 natural days

Shopparad.com supports returns and exchanges within 14 natural days without reason.

If this period is exceeded, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

Return orders are processed within 1-3 business days

If a return order takes longer than 3 business days to process, please contact us at [email protected] and we will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (MST).

Return orders submitted after 5:00 PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, and orders submitted after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

Request a Return

Returns need to be made within 14 natural days of signing for the stair climber cart.

Returned stair climbers must be in original, intact condition and come with all original packaging, accessories and tags.

Returned stair climbers must not show signs of human damage or abnormal use.

No secondary sales will be affected.

Returns and Refunds

If you decide to return a product within 14 natural days of the return validity date, you can follow the process below:

Please pack the stair climbing car in its original packaging, including the accessories and freebies received.

Send the stair climbing car to 80 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming.

After sending, please send the logistics information and courier number to us by email [email protected], so that we can check and refund you as soon as possible after receiving it.

If you choose to return the stair climbing car because of a quality or shipping issue (e.g. the received stair climbing car does not work, there is wear and tear), etc., the shipping cost will be borne by Shopparad.com.

If the return is due to the customer's personal dislike of the stair climbing car received (color or style), wrong photo, etc., the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned stair climbing car arrives at Shopparad.com's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

We do not charge a re-shelf fee.
